When a client comments on how calm and organized our crew is right before opening doors to their massive event, we consider that a compliment. It’s also earned from years of experience. Choice Hotels came to us to help revitalize their flagship annual convention. With 4 separate Media Loft onsite crews, 5000+ attendees, 1 general session, 3 large brand sessions, 5 medium brand sessions, 30 breakout sessions and a closing beach party featuring Pitbull, we had our hands full, but we were ready.

By creating the umbrella theme, “GO,” we not only set the optimistic, forward-looking tone, but we streamlined brand session themes by creating unique “GO” statements for each brand. Their traditional, lengthy awards dinner ceremony was replaced with a high-energy party that celebrated the winners. The result was everyone breathing easy, especially our client.
